Terms & Conditions
Appointment Policy: Punctuality & No-Shows
As a professional, I value your time and mine. Sessions are often scheduled back-to-back, so please plan your journey accordingly to arrive on time.
· Grace Period: A grace period of 15 minutes is provided for unexpected delays.
· Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The full session fee remains applicable. If you wish to extend the session to its originally intended duration, an additional fee for the extra time will be charged (see “Add-Ons” for rates).
· No-Show / Excessive Lateness: If you do not arrive and do not notify me within 30 minutes of the session start time, the session will be considered a “no-show, ” and your deposit will be forfeited. I reserve the right to leave the place/studio location after 30 minutes of waiting.
Portfolio & Marketing Rights (NDA)
I am proud of the work I create and love to share it to attract clients with a similar style. By default, you grant me the right to use the images from your session for my portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials (e.g., brochures, advertisements).
Full Confidentiality (NDA) Option
The base price of all my services, as listed on the website, is set with the understanding that I reserve the right to use some of the images (including anonymous ones, without faces) for my portfolio. The portfolio is the main tool through which you and other clients can get to know my style.
If absolute privacy is essential to you, you can opt for the “Full Confidentiality (NDA)” service. In this case:
— We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a transfer of all rights to you.
— No photograph from the shoot will ever be published on social media, on the website, or anywhere else.
— The final images are delivered to you via a secure gallery.
— All raw files are permanently deleted from my storage devices after the work is completed.
The cost of this service is +50% of the base price of the selected package. For me, this compensates for not being able to showcase the results of my work, and for you - it’s a 100% guarantee of peace of mind and exclusivity.
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of €100 is required to secure your booking date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the photoshoot. The deposit is transferable to a new date if rescheduling is requested with at least 48 hours notice. The Client may reschedule the session once, subject to availability, with at least 48 hours notice. The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unsafe weather conditions for outdoor shoots. In the event of a cancellation by the Client, the deposit is non-refundable. The rescheduling is only possible to a date within 30 calendar days from the date of the original session. If the Client does not choose a new date within this period, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be used for any future session.
By submitting the non-refundable deposit, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
Image Delivery & Selection
· Within 10 business days after the photoshoot, the Photographer will provide the Client with a link to a private online gallery containing the processed images. The Client has 14 business days from the gallery delivery date to select and notify the Photographer of the chosen images for final retouching (if included in their package). If the Client fails to make their selection within this 14-business day period, the retouching service included in the package will be forfeited. The gallery of processed images will remain available for download as is, and any future retouching will be available as a paid add-on service at the current rate.
· Final retouched images will be delivered within 10 business days after the Client’s final selection.
Retouching & Style
Professional retouching is an artistic service aimed at enhancing the natural beauty of the image, not altering reality. Please review the scope of work included in your package.
What IS Included in Standard Retouching:
· Skin Correction: Removal of temporary blemishes such as pimples, minor spots, and under-eye circles.
· Minor Imperfections: Softening of shiny skin (oil), reduction of mild skin redness, and removal of stray hairs.
· Scars & Bruises: Reduction of the appearance of fresh scars, scratches, and bruises, upon prior request.
· Basic Body Contouring: Subtle, natural-looking body contouring (e.g., slight slimming) is applied at the Photographer’s discretion to flatter poses. Significant changes require a pre-shoot discussion and are subject to additional fees.
What is NOT Included in Standard Retouching (Available as Paid Add-ons):
· Advanced Body Reshaping: Dramatic slimming, waist reduction, breast augmentation/enlargement, or altering bone structure.
· Cosmetic Changes: Changing eye color, hair color, or facial features.
· Object & Person Removal: Removing bystanders, furniture, or background objects. This is complex compositing, not retouching.
· Clothing Alterations: Fixing wardrobe malfunctions, removing bra straps, smoothing wrinkles on clothes, or changing the color/style of clothing.
· Tattoo Removal: Large-scale or complex tattoo removal is a time-consuming process and incurs an additional fee. Minor tattoo blurring may be considered upon request.
· Background Cleaning: Removing litter or debris from a location.
· “Redrawing”: Any request that fundamentally alters the original photograph, requiring it to be largely redrawn, is not considered standard retouching.
The Photographer retains full artistic discretion to determine what constitutes reasonable retouching. The final aesthetic style, including color grading, is consistent with the Photographer’s portfolio and is not subject to alteration.
· The final artistic style, including color grading and aesthetic, is defined by the Photographer’s unique vision and is not open for subjective alteration to match the style of other photographers.
File Storage & Archival
The Photographer is not obligated to store or archive the Client’s image files for more than 3 (three) months from the delivery date of the final gallery. It is the Client’s responsibility to download and backup their images promptly.
Raw Files
Raw files are the digital equivalent of a negative and are the property of the Photographer. They are not available for purchase or release under any circumstances, as they are an unfinished product and do not represent the final artistic work.
Complaints & Refunds
Any complaints regarding the delivered images must be submitted in writing via email within 7 calendar days of gallery delivery. The Photographer will address reasonable concerns, such as correcting technical errors. No refunds, either partial or full, will be issued after the photoshoot has taken place, as the service is a creative and custom work. Refunds are not provided for subjective dissatisfaction with the Photographer’s style or the Client’s appearance in the photos.
